At the sound of the horn, she is called into being.

She cannot remember who she is, or why she is there, but she feels compelled by prophecy. She has a quest, and it must be completed.

She is taken to an island, where nothing seems quite real, and meets another. He is here for the same reason as she is. Perhaps together, they’ll make it to the end.

Cold-Forged Flame is a short novel introducing a character of strength and prophecy, finding out who she is. I can’t say much more without spoilers, but this is a character I’m looking forward to seeing more of. A solid start to a new fantasy series.
